Privacy Policy
Effective October 10, 2026
This website is operated by Perrong Law LLC (“we” or “the firm”). This policy explains what we collect through this site and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Information you submit. Your full name, phone number, and email address. Whether you paid a TSA ConfirmID fee and whether you still have the receipt. If you use the longer form, where you were traveling from and to, your approximate travel date, and anything else you choose to tell us. We also record which boxes you checked, along with the exact wording you agreed to.
- Technical information. Your IP address and the name and version of your web browser, which we keep with your submission and use to prevent spam and abuse.
- Visit context. The first page you visited on this site, the referring website, and any campaign (UTM) parameters in the link you followed.
Please don’t send your ID number, payment card number, or other sensitive information through the form.
Why we collect it
We use your information to evaluate a potential claim over the TSA ConfirmID fee and to contact you about it. We may reply to you by email. If you also checked the box agreeing to calls and texts, we may call or text you at the number you gave. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
We don’t sell your information
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Who sees it
Your submission is stored in a database used only for this website. It is available to the firm’s attorneys and staff and to co-counsel working with the firm on this matter. We use an email delivery service to send you a confirmation email and to send a copy of your submission to the firm’s intake team. That service handles the message only to deliver it. We may disclose information if required by law or court order.
reCAPTCHA
The form uses Google reCAPTCHA to tell people from automated spam. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, such as device and application data, and sends it to Google. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to that service.
Cookies
We use two small cookies of our own. One protects the form against forged submissions from other websites. The other remembers the first page and referrer of your visit for up to 30 days. We don’t use advertising cookies.
Website analytics
We use Statcounter to count visits and see which pages are useful. Statcounter may set its own cookies and records details such as your IP address, browser, device, the pages you view, and the site that sent you here. It never receives what you type into our form. Statcounter’s privacy policy explains how it handles this information.
Retention and security
We keep submissions as long as needed to evaluate and pursue the matter and to meet the firm’s professional obligations. If the firm does not pursue the matter, we will delete submissions within a reasonable time unless the law requires us to keep them. The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to submissions and backups is restricted.
Deleting or correcting your information
To ask us to delete or correct your submission, or to stop contacting you, email intake@perronglaw.com. We may need to keep some information if the law or professional rules require it.
Children
This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We will post changes to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
